Our training weeks in Scheveningen
24 April to 9 May 2021
After a long winter, with very little beach volleyball, we are picking up where we left off in Scheveningen! We offer two one-week trainings to get you ready for the summer season. You will train every day under the guidance of one of our Barefoot Coaches! We take into account all corona measures, which means training with max. 4 people on 1 field. Should there be any relaxations as of April 28, we will of course go along with that to dress up the weeks more festively. No relaxations? Then we will focus purely on training. And after such a long winter we are looking forward to that!
The weeks are Monday through Friday. The first week is a week more focused on FUN! and the second week the approach is more as a preparation for the summer season. But in both weeks everyone can have their fun! After one week you will have gained a lot of tips and tricks!
We understand that energy also needs to be replenished between sessions. We provide a delicious lunch so you can relax and recharge for the afternoon.
This week is for those who would like to enjoy beaching again with a good workout but certainly also room to relax and get used to beach life again.
You will train a total of 5 times in the morning in a small group under the guidance of a top trainer.
In the afternoon there are a total of 3 training sessions, but there is also the opportunity to surf or possibly for other activities.

This week is for those who want to fully immerse themselves in beach volleyball and get ready for a summer full of beach volleyball.
In an intensive program you will be offered daily beach volleyball training as well as condition/strength training where the mornings are themed around a piece of condition/strength training and a piece of technique training. The afternoons will focus on translating the learned technique into game situations. Of course, the week is concluded competitively within the applicable measures.

Beach life doesn't just involve beach volleyball, of course. Also hanging out on the beach, watching other beachers, taking a dip in the sea and getting a drink at the beach tent. At the moment the possibilities are still limited, but when additional activities are possible, we will of course go the extra mile!
Below you can sign up for the training week. You can sign up for the whole week, but also for individual training sessions. For lunch we work together with Fonk Beach. They provide a daily changing lunch including a drink. This way we are sure to have a delicious lunch, and we also support our local hospitality industry.
With the current measures, we are a little less flexible than usual. It is therefore only possible to join for single training sessions if the number of spots in the group allows it. Is a group already exactly with a multiple of 4, then it is unfortunately not possible to join an individual training. This goes very much against what we would like, but unfortunately it is the reality of the current measures. Of course we will contact you about this well before the start of the trainings.
